WHERE IS YOUR GYM? 
 We're based at Copley Hill Farm in Cambridge (by Wandlebury) 
 IS THERE PARKING? 
 Yes, there is limited parking on-site plus street parking next to the gym. 
WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS? 
 We have sessions available every weekday morning and evening, plus Saturday and Sunday mornings. 
 HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS? 
 Our spin classes are 40 minutes, with the exception of a few 30 minute classes. Our strength classes are 45 minutes long.   
ARE THE TIMES FLEXIBLE? 
 Of course. Simply book whichever sessions suit your schedule best each week.  
 WHEN CAN I START? 
Once you've completed payment, you can book an intro session then get started. 
WHAT DO I GET? 
 You get spin & strength sessions, nutrition support, accountability and be apart of a supportive community chasing the same goals. 
 HOW MUCH IS IT? 
The spin challenge is current £137 for the full six weeks. 
DO I GET COACHED? 
 Yes – all our sessions are coached by experts. 
 DO I NEED TO BE FIT? 
No – you'll work at a pace that matches your fitness level.
